GTI need a global export for GTI to clean all the MCC - for instance when a Tobacco shop use coffee machines for client (NESPRESSO machine for instance) in that case we know that the MCC applied should correspond to the machine equiped by a Nayax device & not related to the Tobacco shop itself. By knowledge of the field GTI could help on cleanning multiple situtation related to NESPRESSO, RETINCO, NESTLÉ...
Could we settle a call on this subject with 3 objectives :
Correct all the MCC yet recorded
Improve the actual KYC/Re-KYC process to propose a pertinent list of the MCC to NAYAX client using for instance something like https://mcc-codes.com/France/ focus on most representative / used MCC code with NAYAX
Discuss about SENDGRID. If this tool will also be used for MCC communication, GTI will need to be trained.

- MCC is supposed to be reported correctly by the customer, we have been trying ( for too long now) to add this part into the KYC ( i.e. requiring additional pics/ licenses etc. from customers who sell ‘high risk’ products..). Till now we failed. @Alex – please discuss the list with Geraldin. Maybe we can clear some of the cases, however, this might need Compliance Officer additional approval.
- The only source of truth regarding 99% of your uncompliant customers should be Pulse report. This report should present the uncompliant KYC/reKYC and MCC customers: Unfortunately, we are facing too many issues with Pulse: This is why Keren is working with Avi to change the method for data extraction and presenattion. For now, I asked Alex and Dani to generate the incomplete reKYC and MCC manually and send this to you. The plan is to go live in the upcoming 2 weeks.
